Effective sales compensation cheque session with Joe Yen Then Pau

On Tuesday, 7 February, 2017,

JS Analytical’s Sales Manager, Joe Yen Then Pau, had a sales incentive cheque ceremony with Obsnap InstrumentsCEO, Ng Shone Fone.

This happened within our own office at SS15, Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

Joe attained an achievement of having excellent sales around the 3rd quarter of 2016.

When our boss, Ng, asked Joe how he managed to achieve this milestone.

Joe replied:

“Actually, sometimes when you are doing sales. You must be patient.

Ever since the first few months (of doing sales), I didn’t see much result.

But after the 2nd year, (all) the effort you put in, you will be able to see the result.

So since last year and this year, I can see that enquiries, kept on coming in and by the time a new enquiry came, I knew how to handle & tackle the case and close the deal.

This is the main part on (how I got where I am today).”

For our dear readers, Ng Shone Fone added that, 

“Hard work & patience, does pay-off.”
